Billy Marsh focuses his practice on complex litigation and government enforcement matters. He has broad experience in many different areas, including class action and shareholder derivative litigation, financial services regulation, data breach response, antitrust, healthcare, product liability and complex commercial disputes. Billy also regularly assists clients in internal investigations and has represented companies and individuals in administrative and criminal investigations and corresponding enforcement proceedings.
