Stuart Mass is routinely called upon by prominent property owners and world-class business enterprises to guide them in high-profile leasing transactions in the prime business districts of Manhattan and the neighboring New Jersey Gold Coast.  Under Stuart’s leadership in New York, Haynes and Boone has assembled a unique team of qualified attorneys regarded by many as one of the premiere real estate leasing groups in all of New York.

Stuart’s practical approach and productive relationships with leaders of his peer group have enabled him to successfully navigate some of the largest leasing transactions in New York City, representing major landlords, such as Brookfield Office Properties, SL Green Realty Corp. and Fisher Brothers, and prestigious tenants, such as Lazard Group LLC, Soros Management Fund and Cushman & Wakefield.  Stuart’s comprehensive understanding and appreciation of the business objectives of his clients aims to provide them with a sense of comfort, and the ability to focus on other matters that demand their attention.
