William C. McDonald is a senior counsel in the Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group in The Woodlands office of Haynes Boone. He has broad experience in various business and corporate and securities matters, including the negotiation and structuring of mergers and stock and asset acquisitions involving public and private entities; the representation of issuers in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; general corporate and partnership matters; and the negotiation of general contracts and secured transactions.

Bill’s practice has included a significant involvement with financial institutions and in the energy and oilfield services industries. He has advised clients relating to a variety of transactional matters in the energy and oilfield services industries, including the negotiation and documentation of the sale and acquisition of companies and assets including gas processing plants and gathering systems.
