Roxanne Micca
Roxanne Micca is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone. Roxanne represents owners and lenders in connection with the financing, acquisition, leasing and disposition of commercial and corporate real estate projects, including securitized real estate financings and credit facilities. Roxanne’s practice includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents relating to the finance, acquisition, and disposition of the project.
