Profile

Chad Mills is a partner in the Energy Practice Group in the Houston office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on structured energy transactions and related energy trading agreements, project and infrastructure development and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Chad’s understanding of the gas, electric power, and oil businesses helped him facilitate the successful execution of many energy transactions. He has extensive experience in advising various clients in the energy industry in the acquisition, divestiture and development of power facilities, including renewable energy, and natural gas and midstream assets.

Chad was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, Woodward/White, Inc., in Derivatives and Futures Law for 2018.
