Jeremy Jordan Neilson

Jeremy Neilson strategically develops patent portfolios for his clients by prosecuting patent applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and coordinating foreign counsel to obtain patent protection internationally. He also aids his clients in navigating competitive markets by preparing clearance opinions for new product releases and opinions on patent validity.

His experience includes a wide variety of technology fields including robotic surgical systems, orthopedic implants, intelligent traffic systems, aerospace, telecommunications, and GPS signal processing.

Jeremy is a licensed Professional Engineer (CA) with previous work experience in airport design, development, and construction management.
