Julio Sardina is an associate in the International Practice Group in the Mexico City office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on real estate cross-border matters between the United States and Mexico, with an emphasis on the legal aspects of structuring and financing projects, general corporate, mergers and acquisitions as well as tourist, residential, commercial and industrial development projects.

Julio advises various clients on legal issues related to the purchase and sale, implementation and development of several real estate projects, including the acquisition of land for the construction of major tourist and residential developments, such as hotels, golf courses and marinas in various destinations in the Mexican Republic, the sale of assets and stock, and foreign investment in Mexico, among others.

Additionally, Julio completed various graduate certificate courses at NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies in 2012 and 2016, such as "U.S. Public Law," “Negotiation Skills,” “Fundamentals of Business Law," “The Real Estate Development Process” and “Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds,” among others. Julio also attended the Whittier Law School "Introduction to the American Legal System" course in 2011.
