Profile

Daniel Tsai is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Orange County office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on patent prosecution as well as opinions, due diligence, and litigation support. He provides IP counseling for both domestic and foreign clients. Dan has experience working with a variety of technologies including: computer hardware and software; communication networks; printing, copying, and imaging technology; data processing; automotive components; and Internet commerce.
