Fernando Villasenor is a foreign associate in the International Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and real estate.

Fernando has experience in corporate law, agreements, telecommunications, mergers and acquisitions, and advising financial institutions, which allows him to provide tailor-made assistance to his clients’ specific needs.

Haynes and Boone Advises Affiliates of Royal Dutch Shell plc in Sale of Argentinian Downstream Business

A Haynes and Boone team represented affiliates of Royal Dutch Shell plc in an agreement to sell its downstream business in Argentina to Raízen for US$950 million in cash proceeds at completion, subject to customary closing conditions.
