Rebecca (Becca) Whitacre is an associate in the Private Client Group of Haynes and Boone, and primarily focuses her practice on wealth preservation, estate and tax planning, and estate and trust administration. She has significant experience relating to implementation of estate plans and administering estates and trusts for clients with large (over $1 billion) and small estates. When it comes to personal family wealth planning and estate matters, Becca is a trusted lawyer for such sensitive matters and advises clients with creativity and grace. In addition to her work for the firm, Becca is an active member of her community and is currently serving as an officer and member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas County Affiliate of Susan G. Komen, and she spearheads the firm’s Dallas Race for the Cure team each year.
