Profile

Joseph Young is a scientific advisor skilled at simultaneously evaluating and managing multiple internal, outsourced or customer-funded IP projects involving multiple disciplines, departments or development centers. He has experience managing IP portfolios, improving continuous processes, managing pre- and post- product deployment issues, and initiating change to enhance value-added solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph was a senior intellectual asset manager at Halliburton where he led company-wide global initiatives and program planning efforts relating to company product portfolio and asset management processes.
