RICHARDSON, Texas–Haynes and Boone, LLP, a full-service law firm, will present the second installment in its breakfast series, “Strategic Issues for Emerging Technology Companies.” The seminar, focusing on Angel Financing issues, will run from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., May 8 at the Renaissance Richardson Hotel, 900 E. Lookout Drive (southeast corner of I-75 and Lookout), Richardson, TX, 75082.  The seminar is free, with registration and continental breakfast beginning at 7:00 a.m. and the program beginning at 7:30 a.m.
