Haynes and Boone Presents ERISA and Employee Benefits Update

March 7 complimentary seminar will focus on current issues in employee benefits for human resources and benefits managers of small and large businesses.

HOUSTON – Haynes and Boone L.L.P., a full-service corporate law firm, announced it will present its ERISA and Employee Benefits Update Seminar on March 7, 2003.  The seminar will run from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Doubletree Hotel Post Oak at 2001 Post Oak Blvd. in Houston.  The seminar is complimentary with registration and continental breakfast beginning at 7:30 a.m. and the program starting at 8:00 a.m.

The program will cover topics including the new regulations affecting retirement plans, new executive compensation issues and practical pointers on how HIPAA privacy affects small and large businesses.  The panelists will also discuss how to determine if contribution health plans are right for your business and the dynamic interplay between employment and benefits laws surrounding employee leaves of absence.
