HOUSTON - Haynes and Boone, L.L.P., a full-service corporate law firm, will host its second annual “Ethical Principles for Corporate Counsel,” Thursday, September 18, 2003.  The event will be held at The Hyatt Regency, 1200 Louisiana Street, Houston, Texas, 77002.  Registration and Continental Breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m., and the session runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The seminar will focus on ethical issues in a variety of areas including shareholder’s suits, Sarbanes-Oxley, instituting effective compliance practices for cross-border transactions, tax shelters, international business, internal investigations, bankruptcy, electronic evidence and the large docket case, and employment.  Speakers include Haynes and Boone attorneys Noel Hensley, Art Berner, Lori A. Feathers, Rochelle Seade, Larry Finder, Charles Beckham, Robert Levy, Dean Schaner and Felicity Fowler.
