October 30 event to focus on the current state of the BPO marketplace

RICHARDSON, Texas – Haynes and Boone, L.L.P., an international corporate law firm, is hosting a seminar entitled “Business Process Outsourcing - Why It’s Hot” on Thursday, October 30, 2003. The seminar will run from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Renaissance Richardson Hotel, 900 E. Lookout Drive (southeast corner of I-75 and Lookout). The seminar is complimentary.  Registration and continental breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m. and the program begins at 7:30 a.m.

Haynes and Boone’s “Business Process Outsourcing – Why It’s Hot” seminar will cover topics including BPO Marketplace Overview, a BPO Customer’s Perspective, VC Interest in BPO and an Overview of the BPO Process.  Panelists and presenters include Mark Toon, Founder and CEO, EquaTerra; Brett Chugg, Vice President, Koch Ventures; Jeri Lykke, Director, Global Compensations & Benefits, TXU Corp.; and Randy Colson, Partner, Haynes and Boone, L.L.P.  In addition, a special report will be conducted on current trends in Venture Capital Financing presented by Mark Sinclair, Partner, Ernst & Young.
