Haynes and Boone Announces Houston Office Expansion and Relocation

HOUSTON – Haynes and Boone, LLP, an international business law firm, announces the recent relocation of its Houston office from Wells Fargo Plaza, 1000 Louisiana, Suite 4200, to expanded space at One Houston Center, 1221 McKinney, Suite 2100.

Effective June 1, 2004, Haynes and Boone signed long-term leases with Crescent Real Estate Equities Limited Partnership. The leases provide for four full floors of office space, as well as options to add additional floors. In doing so, the firm increased its space to just under 100,000 square feet, which will allow for planned long-term future expansion.

“Obviously, this reflects a significant commitment by Haynes and Boone to Houston,” said Ken Broughton, Administrative Partner of the Houston office.  “This space will allow us to continue our strategic expansion and reinforce our firm’s position as a leader in the Houston legal and business communities.”
