MONTERREY, MEX. -- Haynes and Boone, LLP attorneys Larry B. Pascal (Dallas) and Marco Castilla (Houston) addressed the annual meeting of the US-Mexico Bar Association held Oct. 19 at the EGADE campus, speaking on the topic of project finance in Mexico. Mr. Pascal and Mr. Castilla addressed many of the challenges and opportunities presented particularly in the energy sector.
