2015 BTI Client Service All-Stars

The widely respected BTI Consulting Group has named Haynes and Boone, LLP Partners Madelyn Calabrese and Tom Harris as 2015 BTI Client Service All-Stars, putting them in elite company as exceptional providers of client service.

Both Calabrese, who focuses her practice on investment management matters, and Harris, leader of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice, were nominated for the award by clients in the financial services industry.

The BTI survey is an independently researched, client-driven ranking of attorneys based on 320 in-depth, interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations. During the survey, BTI asks the interviewees which attorneys they worked with in the last 12 months stand out as exceptional in terms of client service.

No attorney can lobby to be added to list, there is no self-submission process, and law firms cannot provide names of clients to be contacted.

Calabrese, a New York-based partner, provides advice to broker-dealers and investment advisers on a broad range of registration, regulatory, compliance and inspection/enforcement matters. She also regularly counsels clients on the formation and ongoing representation of domestic and offshore hedge and private equity funds.

Harris is a Dallas-based partner with more than 25 years of experience in acquisitions, divestitures, securities transactions and other corporate matters. He has represented both buyers and sellers in public and private sale-of-business transactions. He also has represented independent committees of boards of directors.
