Albert Tan Serves as Speaker and Moderator at the Hong Kong Subscription Financing Roundtable

Partner Albert Tan, co-chair of Haynes and Boone, LLP’s Global Capital Commitment Financing Group, recently served as a speaker and moderator at the Subscription Financing Roundtable in Hong Kong, an event co-sponsored and organized with client Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.

More than 40 senior-level executives of Asia-based and global private equity fund sponsors and investors attended the roundtable at The Hong Kong Bankers Club to learn more about topics with respect to subscription financing, including 2015 global private equity fundraising results, the advantages of subscription financings for private equity funds, subscription financing features, the "bankable provisions" for fund formation documents, and Asia and global subscription financing market trends.
