Haynes and Boone, LLP was recently awarded “Cross Border Deal of the Year” in the $5-50 million size category by Global M&A Network at its annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards, marking the third consecutive year of winning a deal of the year honor at the awards.
The firm was recognized for serving as counsel to Mobvista of China in its acquisition of mobile advertising monetization company NativeX LLC for $25 million in cash. The multi-office team comprised lawyers from Dallas, Houston, New York, Orange County and Palo Alto. The team was led by Partners Yan Zhang and Frank Wu, and included Partners Tamara Devitt, Gavin George and Sam Lichtman, as well as Associates Janet Ismail, Chris Kang, Simin Sun and Kaylee Yang.

Honorees were recognized at the annual winners circle gala at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York.
