Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Steve Pezanosky has been elected as a fellow to the prestigious American College of Bankruptcy. He will be inducted into the college March 14-16, 2019, in California, along with more than two dozen other fellows who will be honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice.
The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary public service association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals and plays an important role in sustaining professional excellence in the industry. Nominees are invited to join based on a proven record of achievement reflecting the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, character, integrity, professional expertise and leadership.
Pezanosky is a 27-year veteran at Haynes and Boone who has handled many complex financial restructurings.

In addition to Beckham, Pezanosky joins several other Haynes and Boone lawyers who have been inducted into the college – Partners Patrick Hughes and Kenric Kattner and Senior Counsel Bob Albergotti.
Pezanosky routinely represents debtors, lenders, lender groups and other constituents in insolvency matters across the country, as well as buyers and sellers of distressed companies. Although he has worked in numerous business sectors over the years, he has developed particular knowledge in the energy, real estate and technology industries. Pezanosky’s practice is national in scope, including recent matters he has handled in New York, Delaware, California, Colorado, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada.
Pezanosky has been recognized as one of the top restructuring practitioners over the past decade by inclusion in Chambers USA, Chambers & Partners (2010-2018); The Best Lawyers in America, Woodward/White, Inc.
