Mr. Sullivan has more than 20 years experience as an attorney, spending the majority of his career assisting developers, property owners, commercial tenants, borrowers and lenders in major real estate and mortgage lending transactions. For the past several years Mr. Sullivan has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial leases (office and retail), representing both landlords and tenants.
In addition, Mr. Sullivan has made numerous presentations to industry and professional associations, and to client groups, relating to current real estate issues.
Mr. Sullivan has completed transactions including the following:
- Assisted in the representation of a property owner in developing a 500,000 square foot facility for a corporate user.
- Represented developers in connection with the acquisition and development (including leasing) of major retail shopping centers.
- Represented a national retailer in ground leasing land for construction and operation of its stores.
