Conveying Real Property Without Damaging a Title Policy

A client asks for your help in transferring title to real property in Texas between affiliated entities. Naturally, the client wants to minimize costs and certainly does not want to purchase a new title insurance policy. The deed is signed and recorded and fee simple title is conveyed to the Parent's affiliate.
