At Haynes and Boone it is our goal to open doors, to extend our reach and to maintain diversity throughout our practice, focusing on Awareness, Hiring, Retention, Promotion and Leadership. The Attorney Diversity Committee is dedicated to that mission. It’s part of our culture.

The Haynes and Boone, LLP Attorney Diversity Committee (“ADC”) is comprised of 60 attorneys and key members of management who meet every month to advance our numerous diversity efforts. The ADC has seven sub-committees - Women Attorney Initiatives, Minority Attorney Initiatives, LGBT Attorney Initiatives, Recruiting/Retention, Pipeline, Working Parents, and Business Development.
