New York Law Journal - Rabinovich and Shapiro Handle Brookfield Lease to OSP Group

OSP Group is on course to relocate to downtown Manhattan, opening its online virtual retail venue at One New York Plaza, at South and Whitehall streets.

OSP, a leader in plus-size fashions for men and women, has a 15-year lease with Brookfield Office Properties Inc. for 156,000 square feet. The online retailer announced plans to consolidate two of its midtown offices at 462 and 463 Seventh Ave., including its corporate headquarters, to the new location in September …

OSP has leased the 13th and 14th floors of the 50-story, 2.1 million-square-foot tower along with concourse-level space. Revlon signed a lease at the building last year, renting the top two floors.

Russ Rabinovich and Noah Shapiro, partners at Haynes and Boone, represented Brookfield.
