Represented plaintiff in suit alleging breach of a distribution agreement concerning licensing and sale of videos. Issues included enforceability of agreement under Section 204(a) of the Copyright Act. After a two-week jury trial, obtained a trial court judgment of approximately $10 million; reversed on appeal.
