Obtained dismissal with prejudice of all claims against entity defendants in a class action alleging breach of fiduciary duty and vicarious liability in connection with the failure of the Parkcentral Global hedge fund. Afer taking over the defense of the individual defendants, obtained a denial of class certification and a voluntarily dismissal of the individual plaintiffs' claims without the exchange of any consideration other than mutual releases.
