We represented Drybar Holdings, LLC in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Orange, in its assertion of trademark and other rights against DryBar Inc., a Canadian corporation (“DryBar Canada”). The suit arose out of DryBar Canada’s maintenance of certain email addresses and settings, as well as communications to our client’s customers and employees. Our client felt DryBar Canada’s communications were misleading, tortious and harmful. We asserted trademark infringement and several state tort claims against DryBar Canada. In connection with a resolution of that litigation, Drybar obtained rights to the domain name www.drybar.com.
