Represented private equity client in its acquisition of Chevron's refinery, distribution and retail assets located in Hawaii. Haynes and Boone was hired to assist with the inventory monetization, which provided the bulk of the financing for the inventory/refinery acquisition; the Firm also assisted with franchise work, EPA and other licensing and regulatory work.The team was comprised of lawyers across 5 offices (New York, Washington, Houston, Dallas and Richardson).
