Represented SunTrust Bank as lead arranger and administrative agent in $500 million senior secured revolving credit facility with Goodrich Petroleum Company, L.L.C., including negotiation of Intercreditor agreement with second lien lenders. The credit facility was secured by properties primarily in the Haynesville Shale, the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale and the Eagle Ford Shale.
