  • Our Venture Capital Practice Group works closely with our Investment Funds Practice Group, which assists in the formation and operation of investment funds. The firm also has established the Haynes and Boone Venture Capital Fund, which periodically invests in selected companies in connection with their second or subsequent rounds of equity financing.
  •  Our Intellectual Property Practice Group includes many lawyer-engineers who work in the areas of medical devices , software, computer architecture, telecommunications, and semiconductor processing.
