Angela Lilly has represented a broad range of clients with various aspects of real estate transactions, including developers, real estate investment advisors, private funds and individual investors in office, industrial, and multi-family properties. In addition, Angela has represented both landlords and tenants in various leasing transactions, including retail, office and industrial leases.

Angela's recent transactions include representation of:

  • Owners of shopping centers and office buildings in the negotiation of retail and office leases;

  • A real estate investment advisor in the disposition of various assets throughout the United States;

  • Various borrowers in the extension and modification of loans secured by real estate;

  • A real estate lot developer in the sale of various tracts to area school districts; and

  • Various tenants in leasing transactions.

Acquisition of Infinity Resources, Inc.
Represented CD Listening Bar, Inc., an Internet-based distributor of entertainment media, in its acquisition of Infinity Resources, Inc.

Movie Theater Ground Lease
Represented Movie Tavern in lease of a 48,000 square-foot movie theater located in Suwanee, Georgia

Acquisition of Industrial Buildings in Southern California
Acquisition of industrial buildings located in Southern California and formation of investment partnerships with CTRI.

Acquisition of Highland Park Place in Dallas, Texas
Represented client in the acquisition of Highland Park Place, a commercial office building located in Dallas, Texas.

Movie Theater Ground Lease
Represented Movie Tavern in the leasing of a 38,000 square-foot movie theater located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Purchase of VHA Place Tower Office Building and Formation of Venture and Loan
Counsel to Parmenter Realty Partners in connection with the acquisition of VHA Place Tower, a 236,000 square-foot office building located in Las Colinas (Irving), Texas and in the formation of Venture and Loan from American National Insurance Company.

Acquisition of Commercial Bank Building in Houston, Texas
Represented a state sovereign fund in the acquisition of the River Oaks Bank Building in Houston, Texas.

Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel in Lease And Asset Disposition
Represented Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, LLP, in the disposition of numerous office and industrial properties totaling more than $300 million in Texas and North Carolina. Also represented Kennedy in negotiating ground leases with DFW Airport and development of a two million square foot industrial complex.
