- Obtaining dismissal of lawsuit against Costa Rican distributor on personal jurisdiction grounds.

- Defending physicians group against sexual exploitation and healthcare liability claims.
- Representing hospitals in their actions to quash subpoenas for medical records that do not comply with HIPAA.

- Representing Fortune 500 steel distributor in breach of contract litigation.
- Representing automobile dealer in dispute involving Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, fraud and conspiracy claims.
