Ms. Huddleston handles a wide range of acquisitions and dispositions for a well known discount retailer, including negotiation of document terms, review of title and survey and closing of transactions. Most of her work is devoted to representing retail owners and occupiers of land, primarily in community shopping centers. Ms. Huddleston is experienced in negotiating and preparing reciprocal easement agreements and other agreements incidental to the development, ownership and operation of shopping centers.
Ms. Huddleston earned her B.B.A.,
magna cum laude, in Business Management from Texas A&M University in 2000, and her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2003.
