When Haynes and Boone established the New York office in 2004, it called upon two of its long time partners who were well acquainted with both the city and the firm’s culture--native New Yorkers Kenneth Bezozo and Judith Elkin.

The New York office is comprised primarily of attorneys with specialties in corporate/securities, bankruptcy/restructurings, finance and litigation.

Our Corporate/Securities Practice Group is the firm's largest practice with more than 100 lawyers. Our emphasis on corporate/securities work dates back to the very beginning of our firm when Richard Haynes and Michael Boone joined together in 1967.
