Haynes and Boone Adds Three More Lawyers to New York Real Estate Practice

NEW YORK - In a continued expansion of its New York-based real estate practice, Haynes and Boone, LLP has added three more attorneys. Stuart Mass will be a partner and brings with him Of Counsel Noah Shapiro and Associate Siobhan Green.

The attorneys were previously with Paul Hastings in New York and join seven prominent partners focusing on real estate finance, real estate restructurings and litigation added earlier this year from the same firm. Siobhan Green

Siobhan Green focuses substantially all of her professional time on commercial real estate leasing transactions. She specializes in the office and retail leasing of high-end properties in the prime business districts of Manhattan and has participated in the representation of major New York City landlords, such as Brookfield Financial Properties and SL Green, and prestigious tenants, such as Soros Management Fund.

Ms. Green has been honored as a 2012 New York Rising Star in Real Estate.

Ms. Green has participated with a team panel lecturing on leasing topics for the MBA program at Columbia University. Prior to concentrating her professional career in real estate law, Ms. Green was as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Selected representative transactions include:

  • Representation of the landlord in leasing the retail and restaurant establishments in downtown Manhattan's premier office complex;

  • Participation in the long-term representation of the landlord of a nearly 2 million square foot Park Avenue Building in connection with the leasing of office and retail space; and

  • Participation in the long-term representation of the landlord of two prominent buildings located in Lower Manhattan comprising approximately 5 million square feet in connection with the leasing of office and retail space.
