Haynes and Boone Leads SweetH20 Asset Sales

DALLAS - Haynes and Boone, LLP represented Water Providers, Ltd., which does business under the name of SweetH2O Transfer Services, in its recent sale of assets to Select Energy Services, LLC, an oilfield service and supply company headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Dallas Partner Tom Yang led the mergers and acquisitions team that included associates Matt Zmigrosky, Iain Wood and Mark Robinson. Partners Taylor Wilson, Rick Fijolek and Brandon Jones handled the partnership and tax matters on the deal.
