He will work out of both the Fort Worth and Dallas offices. John has substantial experience representing banks, commercial financiers, and investment funds in asset-based lending (ABL) and structured finance transactions involving real estate, aircraft, hospitality, shipping and other industries.

Haynes and Boone Represents Leading Financial Institution in $2.5 Billion Credit Facility Haynes and Boone, LLP Houston Partner Brent Shultz led a cross-office team that represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in a fully underwritten $2.5 billion term loan to ONE Gas, Inc. The transaction was completed Feb. 22, 2021 and fully documented on a highly expedited basis. The proceeds of the loan will be available to ONE Gas for natural gas purchases as a result of the 2021 winter weather events and the repayment of indebtedness.
