International law firm moves to the historic Lincoln Square Building
WASHINGTON D.C. -- Haynes and Boone, L.L.P. announced today that its Washington D.C. office is moving Oct. 27, 2001, to new office space in the Lincoln Square Building, located at 555 Eleventh Street, N.W., Suite 650, Washington, D.C., 20004.
The firm’s D.C. office, established seven years ago, serves as the hub for its International Trade, Customs, and International Dispute Resolution Practices.  The office also assists foreign and domestic financial institutions with syndicated loan transactions.
The Haynes and Boone Trade and Customs Practice represents significant domestic and foreign corporations, trade associations and foreign governments in international trade policy disputes before the U.S. government and the World Trade Organization (WTO).  The D.C.-based International Dispute Resolution Practice represents domestic and foreign corporations in international commercial, technology, and constructive disputes in U.S. courts and before international arbitral tribunals.  These practices, which have grown to more than 20 lawyers firm-wide, also provide expertise in technology transfer, export controls, economic sanctions, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-boycott proceedings and enforcement actions as well as in Customs rule-makings, penalty actions and audits.
