Haynes and Boone Partners Buddy Clark, and Michael Mazzone will be presenting at the 15th Energy Litigation Conference hosted by the Center for American and International Law on November 3, 2016 in Houston, Texas.
Buddy will present “Avoiding Litigation: Crash Course in Oil Capital – Lessons Learned and Relearned” which will examine various facets associated with the industry downturn, both from a current and historical perspective.
Michael will present “Trying Oil & Gas Nuisance Cases Amid the Hysteria Over Fracking” which review their experience with various jury cases in both the Barnett and Marcellus shale.
