Earn three hours of Texas ethics CLE credits and get up-to-date information on trending employment law issues including:
  • Ethics in workplace investigations 
  • Types and sources of information employers can ethically use when making employment-related decisions 
  • Ethical issues frequently encountered in employment litigation 


Texas: This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 3.00 credit hours, of which 3.00 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.

New York: This program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for a maximum of 3.5 credit hours, of which 3.5 credit hours can be applied toward the Ethics/Professional Responsibility requirement.

California: This activity is approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 3.00 credit hours, of which 3.00 credit hours may be claimed for legal ethics.

This program has been approved for 3.00 HR (general) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
