Covid-19: Evaluating Insurance Coverage and Recent Legislative Developments

This webinar will provide a general overview of the potentially available insurance coverage for COVID-19 and examine arguments that coverage is still available notwithstanding the presence of a virus/disease exclusion. Further, the webinar will examine recent action taken by state and local governments related to the “physical loss” requirement.
