Haynes and Boone's Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Insolvency Section is hosting a seminar entitled Going South: Issues in Cross-Border Insolvency and Restructuring between the U.S. and Mexico.

International creditors and investors face significant challenges in Mexico when dealing with distressed assets and insolvencies. Enforcement action in Mexico is not the same as it is in the United States. Further complications arise when insolvency proceedings are commenced.
