This session will cover several case studies for markets with unique and challenging disclosure, redisclosure or franchisor/franchise offering registration issues, including Malaysia, Korea, Australia, China, and Russia. This session will also provide an overview of the new disclosure, registration, and franchise relationship law set to take effect in Saudi Arabia in April of 2020.
