Weronika Pelc is the Head of the Energy Sector Practice Group in Wardy?ski & Partners. Since the start of the unconventional gas investments in Poland she has been cooperating with the main players at the market, concerning business commencement, joint venture formation, farm-in and farm-out agreements, joint operation agreements as well as other contracts related to the project development and exploration works. As the Energy Sector Practice Group is a part of the wider transaction Team, Weronika has extensive experience in projects M&A, including projects due diligence, in particular aspects covered by specific sector regulations, project sales and acquisitions.
