The Deputy Assistant Secretary for OSHA, Jordan Barab, recently addressed the American Bar Association?s OSHA Sub Committee during its March 5-8, 2013 annual meeting. He opened his comments by remarking that there is a ?long way to go? when it comes to improving workplace safety. His remarks addressed several areas of interest for employers.
