Greenhouse Gases (GHG)

To address the impact on clients market-driven and regulatory carbon constraints, including those arising from the President’s Climate Action Plan and related rulemaking and litigation, Haynes and Boone has formed an interdisciplinary Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Working Group. This group includes attorneys in the firm that actively practice in the areas of energy, environmental, litigation, appellate, project finance and development, intellectual property, and corporate law. The objective of the group is to help clients develop strategies to affect the development of regulatory carbon constraints and to address the potential impact of those constraints, as well as those that are market-driven, on their business.
