Members of our Higher Education Practice Group have served on the boards at some of the country’s most highly regarded educational institutions giving them a unique insight into a broad range of issues facing today’s colleges and universities.  We have advised boards on significant and sensitive legal matters and governance issues. We have represented a private university in providing advice on various Title IX compliance matters. We also represented the Big 12 Conference and its member organizations.
