As an attorney with a Ph.D., Ann is highly adept in presenting and analyzing expert testimony and evidence, including scientific and economic evidence essential to liability and damages findings in civil cases. Ann’s most recent trial involved a complete defense judgment on a $90 million environmental allocation claim brought against her client in federal district court in Tacoma, Washington. She tried an environmental indemnity dispute before a jury in 2017, striking all claims for profits and achieving damage reductions for her client. Ann has led trial teams and has tried cases in Delaware, New Mexico, Texas and Washington and has additional litigation and appellate experience in California, New Jersey, New York, and Oregon and Vermont.

Using her litigation abilities, Ann also has helped her clients prevent and/or mitigate losses and disputes through the negotiation and creation of clear, cohesive documents that aid and promote successful business relationships and allocate risk. Ann strives to responsively provide practical, creative and useful legal advice, and believes in investing her own time to better learn and understand the needs of her clients.

Clients appreciate that Ann not only offers them consistently on-point advice, but that she is also easy to work with, responsive, flexible and down-to-earth, and delivers continually meticulous attention to detail.
