Chelsea Ragland
Chelsea Ragland is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.
Chelsea has represented both borrowers and lenders in a variety of transactions. Her dedication to pro bono work is also a vital part of her practice and Chelsea continues to advocate for underserved communities through her pro bono work. Before joining Haynes Boone, Chelsea received her law degree from Emory University School of Law.
- Represented a purchaser/operator in connection with the acquisition of a new major office campus location, which will be one of the largest private campus projects in Texas.
- Assisted in the representation of agents, lenders and borrowers in syndicated credit transactions involving revolving credit facilities, term loans, and acquisition financings.
- Represented a pro bono client on a Hague Convention claim in federal court.
